Hail, Dark Mother, black and beautiful, all the graces of the Creator and creation are with you. Blessed Mother, most holy, our Source, Healer, and Comforter, who embraces us through the darkness of space and sustains us through the fruit of the nurturing black soil of the earth, we see you in the heavens, in the night, in the hidden corners of our dreams. You hold us in our uncertainty and embrace us in our doubts. You weep with our pains and grieve with our losses. We hear your voice within our sobs, in our sighs, in our calm, in harmony itself. Most Hallowed be your unspeakable and unknowable name that rings forth in the laughter of children and the silent praises of calm hearts. You are ever-present and often unseen in the concord of friends, the stillness of the night, and the peace that passes all understanding. Your darkness makes the light shine brighter, inviting us to pause, to wait, to renew, and to heal, reminding us that in an expanding universe everywhere is the center. There is not one point. There are all points. You beckon us to come together and through our creativity to give rise to newness while seeking balance in all we do. We tear down the walls holding bounty from others, and you guide us to embrace the constancy of change, transforming us through breakthrough and adaptation. You teach us to work together and form bonds with one another so our radiance can shine forth. Our souls are nurtured in the life-giving soils of this dark earth and our minds are challenged by the mysteries of the blackest nights. Dark Mother, sustain us, nurture us, and restore us in the silence so the vine of wisdom and life may grow from the depths of our being so we may encourage healing, compassion, and hope into the world. Amen.
